Nursing Bookings

I authorize Babies and Beyond Home Healthcare LLC and its staff to provide services as per our agreed contract. I understand that excluding emergency circumstances no actions outside of our signed agreement or my explicit and informed consent will take place.
I understand that where required, nursing staff will operate in accordance with the treating physician.
I understand nurses are not authorised to administer any prescribed medication without documented instructions or prescription signed by a physician. Babies and Beyond Home Healthcare LLC accepts NO liability for a patient’s medical condition.
In the event a primary nurse is unavailable due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, Babies and Beyond will provide an appropriately skilled supplementary nurse.
Babies and Beyond nurses are available to work up to 48 hours per week as per Ministry of Labour guidelines. Should service coverage beyond 48 hours per week be required a second nurse will be provided for the additional hours.
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation made within this time will still be liable for the full amount.

Workshops & Events

Payment should be received in advance to confirm your space at any workshop or event (unless it is specified as a free event)
The price quoted for any workshop or event is for an individual or couple only, it does not apply to friends or relatives.
Babies and Beyond does not provide childcare during the events and workshops.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

Babies and Beyond will keep all records pertaining to patients fully confidential. No details (full or partial) will be disclosed to any third party without explicit consent (except where legally required under federal and/or ministry orders).
Patients have the right to access their medical records at any time by completing a request form (available from Babies & Beyond offices).
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
Some of the advertisements you see on the Site are selected and delivered by third parties, such as ad networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. These third parties may collect information about you and your online activities, either on the Site or on other websites, through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in an effort to understand your interests and deliver to you advertisements that are tailored to your interests. Please remember that we do not have access to, or control over, the information these third parties may collect. The information practices of these third parties are not covered by this privacy policy.

Licensure and Insurance

I understand Babies & Beyond are a Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licensed homecare facility and I understand that as such the facility license is clearly displayed within the main office. I also understand that I am able to verify licensure details via the DHA website or information telephone line.
I understand that all Babies & Beyond licensed nursing staff are required to wear/display their DHA issued professional licence at all times while on duty. I understand that nursing staff’s scope of practice is available for viewing on the DHA website.
Babies & Beyond ensures all staff have comprehensive insurance as per DHA/ministry guidelines, copies of a valid insurance certificate is available to all clients/patients on request.

I hereby confirm that I have read this consent form and am satisfied that I understand and accept its contents in full.

Pricing & Payment Policy

Babies & Beyond will keep all clients up to date on any changes in its pricing structure and for existing clients will always give a minimum of six (6) week’s notice prior to any increase in charges.
I agree to full payment of any services received from Babies & Beyond, and understand that services may be withdrawn should I fail to make or maintain timely payments of invoices.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Cancellation Policy

For ad-hoc or short-term booking, the cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance of booking.
For long-term bookings, the cancellation policy is one month in advance.
Any cancellation made within this time will still be liable for the full amount.

Refund Policy

For bookings eligible for refund, refunds are made via cheque or bank transfer within 15 days of booking cancelation.

Additional Policies

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
www.babiesandbeyond.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Definitions

Client: Person who accepts responsibility for the payment of services received.

Patient: Person directly receiving care services from Babies & Beyond.

Guardian: A person with legal power of attorney or a direct relative up to the fourth (4th) degree.
